Has long Board & General Management Experience over 30 year’s in Diversified businesses, with good appreciation of how businesses make & lose money. Helps client work out Actions / Strategies and to tap factors for greater Organizational Success. His experience with TATAS, Brooke Bond. Dunlop and United Breweries Group help him in Coaching People occupying Senior Positions. Arun started his Career on Leadership Development side in Brooke Bond (Unilever Group Co.) and soon became the Head of Human Resources. He was given General Management and Profit-Center responsibility with initial assignment of managing a Turnaround of loss-making Company. Bulk of his experience has been at the Board of Director level. At the United Breweries Group, he was a member of the World-wide Supervisory-Board. Besides heading the HR Function, he shouldered P&L responsibility for Property Development & UB Air (Now Kingfisher Airlines).

As an External Director, have been on the Board of Directors of several successful Start-up Companies like Deccan Aviation, Vimta Labs Ltd. (a Drug Testing and Biotech Co) and also Floriculture Co.

MA, recipient of University Gold medal. He had special interest & received Specialized training in UK in the area of Selection Testing with IBM Psychologist Dr KM Miller; training from Dr.McClelland, (Harvard University) in Human Motivation field, on PAPI (Perception and Preference Inventory) an instrument designed by Dr Kostik (Harvard University) & on the HOGAN instrument at Austin, Texas and recently on the Global Personailty Inventory (GPI). As a Coach with Lore International, practiced ‘Transition Coaching’ gained amiliarity to facilitate Executives’ quick adjustment and effectiveness on the job (based on the model Developed by Dr. Michael Watkins, Harvard University). Arun is also Certified on 360 Feedback.
